All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
For international orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your checkout total.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
